Flower lights, takes bulbs like xmas lights do and need replacing, bulbs not included, branches are movable/bendable, Flower shape is made of wire with a type of netting like pantyhose. Small hole in one but easy fixed with a stitch or be like me and not worry about it as I only noticed it. Has switch to turn on off, looks cool in a vase with decoration flowers set by the bed,
