This beautiful Artisan made cheese press is in virtually new condition. Has only ever been used once. I didn't get into the habit of making cheese, so have no use for it.

The cheese press consists of a beautiful blue glazed ceramic mould, with a hardwood pressing structure and a sturdy metal tightening mechanism. Comes with a custom fitted drain board. By tightening the two butterfly screws, the wooden press exerts pressure on the curd inside the mould.

The diameter of the mould is 16cm and is 17cm high
