This purchase is for a FULL SET OF CONSTRUCTION DETAILS to build one of the dwellings in the range of buildings, included in the plans. The plans may also be used to suit any of the other 6 fully dimensioned floor lay-outs included. The plans are generic, and based on a concrete slab on level ground, covering up to High Wind zones and all Earthquake Zones. Timber framed and normal claddings, all foundation and roof framing details for council approvals.

There is NO COMMITMENT REQUIRED ON YOUR PART to complete Stage 2.

The plans are delivered in a brown foolscap envelope using normal $1.50 slowpost via NZ Post (which we post within 48 hrs of deposit confirmation).

The Plan Format is: A3 Rosella Red Copywritten 80gsm double sided drawings.

Start/Reserve is $23.

Stage 2 of the plan system. As we are the authors of the system, we need to present your plans to the council on your behalf, and take full responsibility for their transition through the Building and Resource Consent processes. We need to be engaged for this work and the information we would need is as follows: Topographic Survey of property or localised building platform levels with verifiable datum. Public and Private drainage information. LINZ site info. We can arrange this work Nationwide and have completed approx 80 projects to date (26-5-08) to full Building Consent after Stage 1 Trademe purchases.
