This auction is for one hardly used futon sofa bed we purchased brand new for our bach. We are selling this Futon because recently we changed from the futon sofa bed to bunk beds, this to provide more sleeping space when needed.

Cost at time of purcahse was around $500.

Initially the futon was used by our sons to sit on while they played video games, as we had the bedroom set up as a games room.

The Futon is in very good condition, with slat support for when using as a double bed. The mattress is good on the top side, and has a few drink spill marks on the underside, and I mean drink spill marks, not liquid from someoe with a weak bladder. The sofa bed has only been used as a bed a few times since new. :-) You could likely remove the water marks on the underside with something like a rug doctor, but we didn't bother because the mattress can be used either side up.

Buyer must pick item up and the pickup address is Bucklands Beach, Auckland.

I have set the reserve at only $1.00 so perhaps you will get a bargain. We just need to move it out to make space as we are renovating our home.
