The image is heat-pressed onto the mug using the dye sublimation method - a modern digital printing technology. Please note that a printer cannot print white ink. Therefore this is not suitable for pictures that contain white areas. Any white areas will be left 'open' in which case they will be the same colour as the surface the design is printed on.
