Six big balls of Jute string.Unsure of the length but I would estimate at around 100 metres. Jute is fantastic to use in a number of ways.

The most common use is in the garden. Far too many people use plastic string. Plastic string gets cut at the end of a plant's life and usually ends up in your garden and will be there for a 100 years. Also it has no give and frequently can cut into and kill a plant as it grows.

Jute is a natural material, and when you cut it, like the plant it will just decompose, and become part of your soil.

Many people use jute for rigging of model ships and others use it in macrame. As kids we would whip it on our tennis racket handles to give good grip when you get sweaty as it absorbs moisture.
