Generations of locals and visitors have taken a row on New Plymouth's Pukekura Park's main lake in wooden clinker boats that hark back to a previous era - and now you can own one of these iconic boats.

This is one of three boats that have been retired from the park's small fleet as they are too expensive to repair. They no long float, but can become a wonderful garden feature and talking point.

You will have to arrange to pick up the boats yourself (central New Plymouth).
