While Hearts and Koru are made from aluminium, some of the joining rings used are not. We recommended spraying a light coat of silicone (or similar) over your Hearts/Koru a few times a year, this will prolong the shiny look, deflect dust and help to decelerate any weathering that may occur outdoors

The extensive tumbling process used to polish Paua shell pieces also makes each piece differ in size/shape/colour. Therefore every handmade Koru Stone Hanging Heart/Koru is slightly different, very similar to (but not the exact same as) the one pictured.
