Chionochloa flavicans is a native grass.It is a small sized grower with arching green leaves.The flower plumes are most attractive at all stages.First they emerge lime green and as they develop and age turn straw coloured.Flowers emerge in early summer and remain on the bushes through the hot months.Will grow in sun or semi shade.Excellent for massed plantings 100 seeds per packet
