These solid Silicone Ear Plugs / expanders / retainers are perfect for work or school environments. They are easy to clean in soapy water.
They come in a range of sizes. The Silicone plugs are much lighter then the metal versions so they will not weigh you down.
If you are thinking of stretching then only get the tappers that are 1 or 2 sizes larger at any one time.
