Air New Zealand terms and conditions for entering into this charity auction.

The prize will be awarded to person who has made the highest bid by the auction close date on 22 April 2014.

Prize includes 2 return Business class airfares from Auckland to either Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vancouver or Honolulu on Air New Zealand operated services. The Prize winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in this clause, including (where applicable) transport, meal costs, spending money, visas, insurance and all other incidentals.

Prize must be taken by 30 June 2015 and is subject to booking and flight availability.

The prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable.

Air New Zealand accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

Air New Zealand reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

All prize travel will be subject to Air New Zealand’s Conditions of Carriage, Fare Rules, and Privacy Policy, to view visit http://www.airnz.co.nz. Prize travel will not be eligible to accrue Airpoints Dollars™ or Status Points and cannot be used in conjunction with Air New Zealand’s Airpoints™ Programme or any other carriers’ frequent flyer schemes.

Neither Air New Zealand nor any other person or party associated with this charity auction / promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect and or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participating in this promotion or with the prize offered.
