used but wks well.. ideal ph calls and txts only... internet is hard to use on this so i didnt try ... was used on vodaph network but told its been unlocked .. supposed to be military grade . water prrof and dust proof.. not sure if its advertising crap but went well for me in some harsh conditions.. will post
