Engine has been fully reconditioned, done 0 hours since rebuild. Can be viewed and heard running. Complete engine dismantle, all components chemically cleaned and measured.
Liners replaced and setup to OE specs. Crankshaft STO and polished. Gudgeon bushes replaced. Boards and rods aligned. New pistons and rings fitted. New main and big end bearings fitted. Oil pumped overhauled. Valveds and seats refaced. All valves replaced. Head surface ground. New valve springs. Head crack and pressure tested. Heat exchanger and oil coolers pressure tested and chemically cleaned and reassembled. 6 new injectors fitted. Injector pump run up and bench tested and adjusted. Turbo completely rebuilt. Engine fully assembled and repainted and installed into transporting cradle, Engine run up and new oil filters etc. Engine runs cleans / 60lbs oil pressure
