23ft Alan Wright Variant. Reasonable condition for its age. Antifouled 26/06/2015. Ready to sail away. Sleeps 4 at a pinch, 2 comfortably. Strong, safe, easily handled little keeler. Has good set sails, all in old but reasonable cond. new anodes, manual toilet with holding tank, running back stay, no motor,7-8ft Dinghy,, plow anchor on 5 mtrs chain plus rope, extension tiller, high volume bellows type manual bilge pump, new Nav lights. Interior in good condition and well laid out. Folding table, seating for 4. Please NOTE. This auction now includes the mooring. I will pay this years annual fee. The mooring is due for its three yearly inspection.
