This is the proper Conversion harness needed to run OBD1 ecus in OBD2A Vehicles. i have used this particular brand of conversion harness for the past 3 years and have not had one fail. This particular unit has clip in leaded on both ends of the plugs unlike older style harnesses that had exposed pins that where heat shrinked, glues, and commonly broke off. OBD2A vehicles are commonly 1996-1998 includes Integra, Civic, CRV, Accord, Prelude, and CL.
