This Band-Expander enables NZ tuner frequencies to be tuned into car radios manufactured for the Japanese markets where digital radio seeks from 76-90MHz. E.g. For a FM Station Broadcasted on 93.7Mhz, deduct 10 MHz from the original station... therefore the radio will be tuned to 83.7Mhz
