Kawasaki H1 A 500 Mach 3 1971
$9,100
Description
Kawasaki H1 A 500 Mach 3 1971. This bike was restored in 2001, frame and components bead blasted and powder coated, Most shiny bits re chromed,Nuts, bolts and hardware zinc plated. Tank and side covers repainted, Wheels re laced with new spokes . Engine rebuilt with best components out of 4 engines I had at the time. Im pretty sure this is the original engine that came with the bike from new as the whole bike was complete and untouched before I pulled it apart.the S/Ns are KAE 27267 and KAF 29118. The spare engine in pics is KAE 27218. which sounds right as there's about 2000 numbers difference between the frame and engine ref this link http://kawtriple.com/mraxl/serialno.html It has heaps of compression starts runs and idles great. It loves petrol as all 70s 2 strokes do ,found a note I wrote in the manual Nov 02 13.8 litres in tank on to reserve at 74kms ran out of gas at 103kms 21.24 mpg classic bike classic fuel consumption. It comes with a plethora of spares, Engine ,Exhausts, Electrics, Frame parts and even side cover moulds we made for some reason. Its got a new battery. The bike is not registered or warranted. Its time to move it on to a new home. Looking over it now to really bring it up to scratch it needs new tyres,The rear sprocket needs to be steel its an old school nylon one, the RH lower exhaust hasn't been re chromed and the LH pipe has a crack on the underside were the fwd cone is welded to the pipe itself . So if you want a Quaka H1a 500 tripple like I always wanted when I was at school here it is. They don't make em anymore !
