Description
Fiat 124 sport 1974 1800 Restoration project for someone who is interested. Has the usual Fiat 124 rust problems although not a bad one for its age.
Survived reasonably well and been pretty much unmolested, I would say a lot of the paint is original with touch ups here and there over the years.
Reason for selling is that I can see myself pulling it apart and not getting it back together, really needs someone to do it some justice.
Note Motor no go, I was told by previous owner that it lost oil pressure and made knocking noises. I suspect oil pump failure.
Rust around windscreen and rear window (not falling apart though) Rust around boot seal area. Door hinge areas good. I would be reluctant to say that any of it was structural.
