Holden Commodore VH 1982

1982 VH Commodore SL/X

This car arrived to me as a 1.9l 4cycl and I have completed the following.

Engine: Recently rebuilt 202 with Yella Terra head, Holley 350cfm Carb, Extractors, Alloy timing gear and Electronic Distributor. Recent compression test gave me 10bar on every cyclinder. Alternator rebuilt too.

6 cycl trans (trimatic), driveshafts, Kfame, shocks, front and rear disc brakes, Diff, fuel tank, tacho and power steering rack and pump.

All the above parts with exception to engine parts and add ons came from an SL/X and have been cleaned and painted with POR15 (a rust inhibiting enamal gloss black paint).

New parts inc front and rear King springs, Top hats, waterpump,rear calipers, plugs, thermostat,calipersall fluids , filtets etc.

14" Hotwires have been completely restored and slotted to 5x120.0. Set of five with new tyres, centercaps and shanked wheel nuts.

Interior is MINT! No cracks, splits stains or fading. pics make it look a little faded...this is not the case. Completely standard inside except for the SL/E tacho instead of the SL/X vac guage and i have installed 6" front speakers in the front wheel well as well as 6x9" (amplified) speakers on the parcel tray. Will put some better interior pics up when i get the change. These pics illistrate the current condition.

I have a bootload or more of spares inc fuel tank, radiator, fuel and oil pumps, rear fender extensions, electronic dissy, seats,asorted trims and hoses etc.

Price indicated is for her aiwi. Am happy to neg selling for a little more but have it certified for the new owner. All that I am aware that she needs for cert is the installation of two driveshaft hoops. I have them here but havent got around to installing them. Also have a Borg Warner five speed manual wwith shifter, clutch and flywheel up for neg in the sale. Will get cert when wof is due.

Car is currently WOF and registered. Runs and drives mint.
