Very healthy 948cc engine - no smoke, no timing chain rattle. Cruises at 70mph.

Absolute revelation of a gearbox! This is the ribbed case box and the synchro is perfect - you can slip the lever into 2nd gear at 50mph without a scrape. There are no nasty noises in 1st or reverse.

All rust removed and new metal welded in for WOF. Body is very sound and strong.

Brakes overhauled - WOF inspector was entirely happy.

New door seals fitted to all 4 doors. New weather strips fitted to front side windows.

Interior has - New black carpet, new grey trim on all seats and door panels. New grey headlining.. all custom made and fitted by professional car trimmer/upholsterer.

Custom sport steering wheel (original large wheel available).

HEATER/DEMISTER - WORKS GREAT.

Custom short shift gear change (original gearchange available) Trafficators replaced with flashers (this is a safety issue, people do not see the trafficators). New poly bushes fitted to tie rods. New thermostat. New wiper blades. New airfilter Carburettor and ignition system checked and reset to original specification. Engine starts 1st time every time, and ticks over like a Swiss watch. These cars are capable of over 40mpg .

Boot panel and supports removed from boot to release 20% extra usable boot space

Sump removed and cleaned. Engine oil and filter change 10/07/2014 - Castrol 20w/50 oil as per manual.

Running a car like this is very inexpensive. All the typical jobs have been done. Rego is $105 a year. Fully comprehensive insurance is under $100 a year. THUS REGO AND INSURANCE IS AROUND 60CENTS A DAY!!!!!! .. and of course it runs perfectly on 91 fuel! No pinking or run-on.
