The healing meditations consist of 2 Volumes. Volume 1 deals with energy blockages and clearing and balancing the chakras. Volume 2 deals with emotional and physical healing.

The White Light Meditation Sometimes the flow of energy through the body becomes blocked. This blockage can be caused by an injury, an illness or emotional distress. One of the biggest causes of energy blocks is emotional. Blockages could be caused by negative emotions and worries. The body is very sensitive to energy flow and balance. When the flow of energy through the body becomes blocked we end up feeling tired, frustrated and tense.
