Condition of CD's: A few of the CD's are scratched which only affects a minor part of the CD and hence a small amount of songs namely these albums are: Unleashed 2005, Linkin Park, Silverchair (badly), Aerosmith. However if you are buying the CD's to download to the computer or IPod the computer seems to overcome these scratches and the song will play fine on an IPod.
