Nylon string guitar left by a tenant who has gone back to his country, the label inside the sound hole says President Guitar MARUCHU SHOKAI LUTHIER HAMAMATSU G801. JAPAN. I suggest G801 is the model number ?

As far as i am told this is a very old guitar (probably from the 60's ot 70's ?), but it is still in very good condition, minor ding on front surface and visible scratches on the back surface but none affects its playability.

It comes with a very old hard case of which some latches are not working and black plastic sleeve starts peeling off, selling as is where is at $1 reserve.
