Plain green pellets with lucerne, closest to natural food

Rabbits usually like these pellets, & are not keen to change onto other pellets

Rabbits don't pick out their favourite bits since all the pellets are the same, so there is less waste

Can be fed as a complete food, although rabbits enjoy & we recommend feeding supplementary food such as grass, weeds (puha, dandelion leaves & flowers, dock, plantain), hay, vegetables (e.g., broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, silverbeet, cucumber, parsley, sweetcorn) & fruit (apple, banana, pear, ..)

These pellets are fine for baby rabbits

Comes with a coccidiostat to help prevent coccidiosis, a disease of the gut

Most rabbits will change over to these pellets, although it can take a day or two

Fed to the rabbits at Auckland Zoo

Protein - 19%, fibre - max. - 17%, fat - max. - 8%, salt - max. 1%

Ingredients - plant proteins, grain & grain by-products, food by-products, lucerne meal, minerals, vegetable oils, amino acids, vitamins & trace minerals

Although these pellets are formulated for rabbits rather than guinea pigs, I feed them to my guinea pigs & they usually like them & do well on them

Stores up to 6 months if kept dry
