Info from a helpful trader - "this pattern is named Metropolitan and it is made by Orzel, not Crown Lynn - Orzel was started by the Brown family who previously started Titian but Titian was taken over by Crown Lynn, which is why there is some confusion."

It has the metal spikes in the bottom to arrange your floral arrangement.

Approximately 13cm long, 11cm wide and 9cm tall.

There are no chips or cracks. Its in excellent condition considering its probably 50 years old.
