Hopefully this won't be necessary as I package really well using bubble wrap and cardboard, and very rarely get any breakages. Pick up is on outskirts of Rolleston, on either Saturday or Sunday mornings (time by arrangement).

That being said it is very important that all goods are checked before being signed for please - you are actually signing to say that items are received in good condition, and once you have signed I am not able to claim for breakage. Do not let the courier rush you - it is your legal right to check goods before signing for them.
