Mark Todd 5'3 rug and neck cover. Older style no longer waterproof so make a great stable or under rug. Too nice to throw out! Lovely lining and really snug. Strapping and buckles all in good condition. Neck cover has small holes from barbed wire as shown in photos. Can arrange courier at buyers expense.
