A curl bar is a traditional way of increasing arm strength and bicep size.
The bar, unlike straight bars, puts your hands and arms at the optimum angle for your maximum strength lifts - giving you increased gains!.
The angled bar is also idea for tricep work, either overhead or lying flat on a bench.
If you need weights, we can add 17.5kgs of weights for just $27 plastic coated, or $40 for cast iron. - Freight on the weights would be just $10 delivered to your door in any major city or town.
