The GATCO Diamond Hone System can sharpen virtually any knife. Whether it is a hunting knife, pocket knife or a chef's knife the Gatco System will sharpen it with ease.

The diamonds on this system sharpen can quickly hone the hardest steel faster than comparable oil stones. System sharpens plain and serrated blades

The Gatco Ultimate Diamond Knife Sharpening System utilizes the GATCO ® exclusive knife clamp/angle guide with 6 sharpening angles to insure that all cutting tools can be easily sharpened to a precise razor-like edge.

The Sharpening System includes extra screws for clamp, coarse, medium and fine diamond sharpening hones for the fastest and most polished reshaping of all blades and a special serration sharpening hone.

The System includes 60 ml of scientifically formulated GATCO honing oil meeting FDA standards for safety with food contact as well as a custom case with easy to follow instructions permanently affixed to lid.
