*This course includes 2 nights camping away from town.

Our four day grade 2 course is perfect for first timers. We will show you all the river skills you need, and take you kayaking on rivers close to Christchurch.

Canterbury Kayaking is the only place in New Zealand you can learn to kayak, learn to roll and kayak, and have you grade 2 certificate signed off - all in the same week!

All our kayak coaches are trained and qualified instructors through the New Zealand Outdoor Instructors Association.
