A new generation 4mm Black SOLID core EPDM rubber shock cord. This is a New Zealand made product of the highest quality. The marine environment is the harshest for stretch cord where it is subjected to extremely high ultraviolet (UV) bombardment and exposure to the elements, this shock cord is coated with a tightly braided 1000 denier polyester fabric pre-treated with a UV inhibitor to provide two barriers of protection. Together with the polyester cover and rubber core make it impervious to UV, salt water/air, petroleum products and most caustic chemicals.
