TWEETER has Secrist's own special baby-soft vinyl that is translucent just like a real baby's skin. Includes cloth body.

Secrist vinyl is guaranteed NON TOXIC by the company so is completely suitable to paint using Genesis Heat Set Paints which require baking to heat set them.
