Most round files are too big, especially for preemies - but this five piece set is perfect for the reborning artist! Quite suitable for bigger vinyl baby dolls too. Choose from grit sizes ranging from 100 coarse grit to 500 super fine grit so you can achieve exactly what you want. You can file delicately with the fine 500 grit to smoothly finish the edges of the nostril. With 100 grit you can file more aggressively to remove stubborn protrusions inside the nostrils.
