Back in stock again, Remote controllers for use with the highly popular small geared motors I sell. Available in 12v or 6v versions so they can be used in many other applications as well

This one is a 12 CHANNEL ON/OFF - 12 relay contact controller, which can be wired to give up to 6 channels of forward/reverse or just on/off for up to12 channels

The auction is for the fawn box (shown with & without the cover) & the 12 button remote. The photo also shows a 5xAA battery holder just to show scale.

Setup is simple. Connect input power to the small terminal block at the end. The other 12 sets of 3 terminals are the relay contacts The centre terminal of each group is the input and the 2 on either side are "normally open" and "normally closed" respectively.

Each of the 12 buttons on the remote operates one relay

NEW FUNCTIONALITY 11 different modes of operation are programmable giving permutations of the following options a) Push a button once once and the switch operates, Push again and it turns off (momentary) b) Push to operate Release to turn off (toggle) c) Interlock press to operate one channel and disconnect others As a default we supply it programmed with Buttons 1-6 toggle. Buttons 7 to 12 toggle.

Every remote fob has a unique code (over a million) so it wont interfere with other models at a model exhibition. Switch can be matched to any fob It's Radio, not Infrared so line of sight is not required, Bury the switch unit in your model.

These remote switches are game changers in terms of simple low cost remote operation of models, whether lego, model railways or meccano. Relays can operate horns lights or other functions without trailing wires.
