extra details: next to a canal, living area has a sofa bed that folds out to accommodate another two, internal stairs, fully functioning laundry and kitchen. Boats can be stored in the car park - the reception just needs to be notified ahead of time so space can be reserved for your boat. Boats can be secured there.
