Four-time Bathurst winner and iconic Kiwi racer, Greg Murphy, is donating the ride of a lifetime in around Hampton Downs motorsport circuit in a genuine, 650hp ex-Tasman Motorsport V8 Supercar! All in return for your help in curing Type 1 Diabetes.

The laps will be held at Hampton Downs on Sunday 1st June at a special Live Auction event where fans can own a piece of Kiwi Motorsport history as Greg is selling his vast collection of Motorsport memorabilia. There will also be current and classic race cars on display and circulating the track, a special free of charge Holden skid pan experience and plenty of other cool things to see and do!

About the cause: Chasing A Cure for Type 1 Diabetes, is raising money to help fund the ground-breaking stem cell research being carried out by the Spinal Cord Society of New Zealand in Dunedin. One particular overseas trial, using cord blood stem cells, has shown that stem cells can turn off the autoimmune attack that causes Type 1 and that the body can then start producing its own insulin again, 'Murph' wants them to progress local research as fast as possible!

This is the real deal, the car accelerates from 0-100km/h in 3 seconds, generates 2.5G under brakes and will reach speeds in excess of 250km/h. Pure heaven for any Petrolhead!
