This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday in a workshop environment.
The Successful applicant will work closely with our small team handling day-to-day office administration and customer service duties. Experience in heavy diesel or mechanical industry would be an advantage, and some Knowledge of mechanics would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily invoicing and job processing
Filing and document management
Answering and directing phone calls
Assisting new and existing customers
Managing emails and general office administration
Working alongside workshop staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Skills & Experience required :
Previous administration experience
Experience using Xero accounting software
Good Knowledge of windows and Microsoft office systems
Strong document management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
Mechanical or diesel workshop knowledge is an advantage
