Summary:
The Production Supervisor oversees the manufacturing of goods, ensuring production targets are met within specified time, budget, and quality standards. They coordinate with different departments, identify and solve production-related problems, and manage and motivate a team of workers.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor
- Sound knowledge of production and manufacturing principles, techniques, and equipment
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
