1. WORKSHOP FOREMAN/ (& ESTIMATOR?!)
Are you the missing piece of our team! We are searching for someone who can lead the workshop, manage production, and potentially take on estimating.
Ready to step back from the tools but still stay on the workshop floor? Or ready to take the next step into leadership in the panel and paint industry? We want you!
What makes this role different?
• Work on everything from motorhomes and caravans to small and large vehicle and commercial repairs
• No boring production-line work — every day brings something different
• Lead a skilled team of panel beaters and work closely alongside the painting team
• Work in a modern purpose-built workshop with the largest spray booth and bake oven in the Horowhenua
• Be part of a respected local business with a strong reputation and loyal customer base
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has structural repair experience
• Holds a qualification in panel beating or collision repair (preferred but not essential)
• Has experience with job scheduling, and workshop production (or a desire to learn this) and potentially take over estimating
• Can confidently lead and motivate a team
• Has strong organisation and communication skills
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Can manage workflow, and production while keeping jobs moving efficiently in a busy workshop environment
• Enjoys variety and problem-solving

2. AUTOMOTIVE SPRAY PAINTING TECHNICIAN
We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Painter to join our busy team!
What makes this role different?
• Work on everything from cars and caravans to motorhomes and large commercial vehicle repairs
• Variety of work — no repetitive production-line spraying
• Purpose-built custom workshop
• Work in the largest spray booth and bake oven in the Horowhenua
• Supportive team environment with steady workflow
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is trade qualified in automotive refinishing (preferred) or has many years industry experience
• Takes pride in producing high-quality paint finishes
• Has strong preparation and finishing skills
• Works well within a team environment
• Can manage workflow efficiently and maintain attention to detail
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience painting larger units such as motorhomes, caravans, trucks, or commercial vehicles is an advantage
