Roofer - Leading hand

Aquashield Roofing is looking for a qualified and experienced Roofer to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run roofing jobs start to finish, lead a crew, solve problems on site, and get stuck in from day one.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Qualified with solid roofing experience
• Able to run jobs independently
• Ready to hit the ground running
• Experienced in leading crews
• Skilled in leak repairs and problem solving
• Reliable, hardworking, and practical
• Confident communicating with staff and management
• Able to train and support junior crew members
• Holds a full driver licence
