We are busy clinics located in Glenfield Mall and Northwest Shopping Mall in Auckland. We are looking for a few Acupuncturists (ANZSCO: 411611) and Physiotherapists (ANZSCO: 252511) to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality customer service and have built a strong reputation in Auckland. We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to become part of our team.
Position Type:
-Full-time, permanent position (30–55 hours per week) on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.
-Part-time contractor positions (3–4 days per week) are also welcome.
Pay Rate:
-$30.00–$50.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, professional skills, and experience.
-For therapists who prefer a contractor arrangement, commission-based remuneration is also available.
Work Visa Support:
We are an Immigration New Zealand Accredited Employer and can assist eligible therapists with obtaining a work visa.

Requirements for Acupuncturists:
-Hold a Level 7 qualification in acupuncture or a relevant field
-Be eligible to provide ACC-covered acupuncture treatments in New Zealand
-Be a strong team player
-Be committed to ongoing professional development
-Have excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
-Possess strong verbal communication skills
Acupuncturist's role involves and key responsibilities:
-Assess patients by questioning, examining, and observing to determine the nature of symptoms or conditions
-Develop and implement treatment plans using acupuncture, cupping, tuina, and small electrical currents
-Discuss treatment options and preventative care measures with patients -Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
-Conduct examinations and treat patients according to traditional oriental medicine principles
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, infection control, and quality procedures
-Provide lifestyle, exercise, and dietary advice to support overall wellness
Physiotherapists' role and responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal, neurological, and other movement-related conditions.
• Conduct physical examinations and functional assessments to identify patients' injuries, impairments, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Provide hands-on treatment including manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, and exercise therapy.
• Prescribe and supervise therapeutic exercise programmes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programmes.
• Monitor, review, and evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation in accordance with professional and ACC requirements.
• Liaise and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in health promotion, injury prevention, and rehabilitation programmes.
• Comply with all Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand, ACC, Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC), and clinic policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements
• Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand and a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with patients and provide a high standard of patient-centred care.
