What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate corrugator equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Monitor machine performance, product quality, and production flow throughout your shift
- Assist with machine set-ups, order changes, production changeovers, and line preparation
- Complete production checks, quality documentation, shift reports, and operational records accurately
- Pack, stack, and move finished cardboard products safely and efficiently
- Perform routine operator maintenance, including cleaning, inspections, lubrication, and housekeeping
- Identify and report equipment faults, abnormal machine conditions, or safety concerns
- Support preventative maintenance activities and maintain a clean, organised work environment
- Work closely with your team to consistently achieve production and quality targets
What You'll Bring
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (20kg+)
- Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial
- Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice check and pre-employment drug screening
