Week 1: Tuesday 8am - 5pm, Friday 3.30pm-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm
Week 2: Wednesday 3.30pm-10pm

Skills and Experience:
- A Passion for Tangata/People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
- Experience: Previous experience working with challenging behaviours, particularly in the Disability space is essential
- Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
- Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
- Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
- Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
- Relevant Qualification: A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing level 3 is preferable
