- Aluminium welding and fabrication
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
- Assembling and repairing aluminium components
- Operating workshop equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For
- Proven aluminium welding experience - MIG welding experience
- Looking for 3–5 years of practical experience in similar roles, ideally with an engineering workshop background.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering or fabrication drawings
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
- Own reliable transport and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
