Baking experience is an advantage, but not essential. If you’ve got the right attitude and enthusiasm, we’re happy to teach the rest.

- A range of baked goods to our Rosebowl standards
This role is30+ hours per week, worked over4 rostered days, includingweekend work.
Shifts will be a mix of:
- Early morning starts (as early as 2am )
- Later starts (around 8am )
What matters most to us:
We’re not focused on fancy titles or perfect CVs. What we care about is:
- A great attitude and strong work ethic
- Genuine passion for baking
- Reliability and commitment (early mornings are a must)
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
Experience:
