PRODUCTION MANAGER / FOREMAN / ESTIMATOR- Full or Part Time
(This role is flexible based on the applicant's experience/interests. Could be one or all of the above)
Are you the missing piece of our team? We are searching for someone who can lead the workshop, help manage production, and/or take on some estimating.
Are you ready to step back from full-time on the tools but still stay on the workshop floor? Or ready to take the next step into leadership in the panel and paint industry?
Marty's Panel and Paint Ltd have been based in the Horowhenua for almost 40 years. We're a busy panel and paint shop in Levin, specialising in small and large vehicles, motorhomes, caravans and commercial repairs.
Levin is a great town experiencing huge growth - close to the beach and the Tararua Ranges, and a short drive to Palmerston North or Wellington.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Enjoys variety and problem-solving
• Can confidently lead and motivate a team
• Has strong organisation and communication skills
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Has experience in the Industry - Spray Painting, Collision Repair or Structural Repair - A qualification in the industry would be preferred but not essential
• Has experience with job scheduling, workshop production and/or estimating (or a desire to learn this)
