About the Role
As a Cleaner at Alden, you'll play an important role in ensuring our facility remains clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across resident rooms and shared areas
- Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals according to guidelines
- Manage waste and ensure hygiene standards are maintained
- Respond promptly to spills and cleaning needs
- Work closely with the team to ensure a welcoming environment for residents
- Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures at all times
Skills & Experience
You'll be successful if you have:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A respectful and professional attitude toward residents and staff
- Good communication and time management skills
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa (we are unable to provide visa support for this role)
