About the Role

As a Cleaner at Alden, you'll play an important role in ensuring our facility remains clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across resident rooms and shared areas
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals according to guidelines
• Manage waste and ensure hygiene standards are maintained
• Respond promptly to spills and cleaning needs
• Work closely with the team to ensure a welcoming environment for residents
• Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures at all times

Skills & Experience

You'll be successful if you have:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A respectful and professional attitude toward residents and staff
• Good communication and time management skills
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa (we are unable to provide visa support for this role)
