Chef /Grill Cook

We're looking for an experienced chef to work with us part time at our fun, casual eatery Manakau's Famous. MF is famous for elevated fast food made from scratch - including hand cut chips, smash burgers with beef ground in-house and buns baked in-house, cold rise pizzas, real fruit ice cream and much more.

We also run private events several times per month at our restaurant, Quarter Acre. These involve set menus, canapé service, dessert tables etc.

With 15 years operating these venues we have solid systems in place and we're a well oiled machine. Hospitality is our passion and it should be yours too.

The projected days and hours for this position are:
Tuesday 9am-3pm
Thursday 3-8pm
Friday 3-8pm
Saturday 8am-1pm or possibly 3-8pm
Sunday 12-5.30pm
Total approx 25 hours
