The Role
This role offers total independence. You will manage the entire kitchen by yourself. There is no mentor or senior chef on-site. You will have full creative control over day-to-day food preparation, execution, and kitchen management.

- Manage all food preparation and cooking independently.
- Run the daily service entirely on your own.
- Design daily specials and manage inventory.
- Place stock orders and manage supplier relationships.
- Maintain all food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards alone.
About You
- Completed a formal culinary qualification (e.g., NZ Certificate in Cookery Level 4).
- High level of self-motivation, independence, and maturity.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle prep and service solo.
- Full valid working rights for New Zealand.
- LCQ / Manager Certificate is additional.
