The Role
You'll be operating our modern coach fleet across Auckland, Christchurch, and Queenstown, safely transporting tourists between New Zealand's most iconic destinations while delivering a friendly, high-quality experience on every journey. This role covers routes across both the North and South Islands, so strong familiarity with New Zealand's roads and regions is essential.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Requirements
- Valid New Zealand Class 2 Driver's Licence (current and clean record)
- Valid Passenger Endorsement
- Thorough knowledge of both North and South Island routes and road conditions
- Excellent English communication skills — you'll be working closely with international visitors daily
- Professional presentation, positive attitude, and a genuine commitment to customer service
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A good character with strong work ethic and reliability
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience driving tourism coaches or buses
- Familiarity with key tourist attractions across New Zealand
- Experience working with international visitors
- Additional language skills are an advantage but not essential

Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and professional operation of tourism vehicles at all times
- Delivering friendly, attentive customer service throughout every journey
- Assisting guests with boarding, alighting, and luggage
- Conducting pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintaining vehicle cleanliness
- Adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
